We can say a lot about what we do below, but we believe our main ethos is to do to the highest standard. We believe in quality and high standard accommodation which has a huge impact on mental wellbeing. We believe in highest standard of respect and most understanding approach. We believe in enhancing the environment and investing in our teams to ensure the individual has the best possible chance of not just achieving the outcomes they desire but to have higher and better ambitions. We keep evolving and believe what we do today can be better tomorrow.

We ensure the individual is at the forefront of the entire company’s decisions, we will apply the Real Tenancy Test ensuring that all voices are heard and are treated as individuals making their own decisions and choices which are respected by the entire organisation.

We ensure the individual is matched with each support staff, we complete one page profiles of our staff. This ensures that matching can be better understood and the individual is given choice, independence and dignity in their care.

We have robust training with all are staff who are all MAPPA trained. All staff have NVQ Level 3 but we encourage more people into care and ensure they are trained to the basic 15 care certificate standards. Additional training in Learning Disability and Mental Health is provided for specific needs and conditions. We provide practical training to our staff in supporting individuals ensuring each member who joins the team in any area has a complete understanding of all health care professionals and any useful locations for the individuals in that area.

We provide an approach of ensuring we apply The Real Tenancy Tes, REACH Standards and therapeutic care and utilise the Recovery Star Model to deliver the best outcomes.
